A highly energy-efficient drying cabinet with a condensation drying function that extracts moisture from the materials being dried using only 2100W. It has space for 10–12 full suits or 20–24 jackets/trousers across two tiers. With condensation drying, the drying time is reduced, and there's no need to allow for spacing between the materials being dried. The drying cabinet also features ozone cleaning, which removes unpleasant odours and bacteria during the drying process.
Can also be ordered with optional nozzles to dry gloves, boots, helmets or masks. The cabinet has space for 56 nozzles.
The products are well-known on the market after many years on board fishing boats, fish farms, and in offshore operations. For many years, Gladek has provided solutions that deliver dry workwear for those who work in harsh environments. This is a solution you can rely on.
Drying is easily started with the rotary switch, but also has a timer that can be set for specific times of day/day of the week.
Condensing technology and correct temperature
The correct temperature evaporates the moisture in the clothes and is gentle on workwear. With cooling pipes on the side of the cabinet, the moist air condenses and is vented out of the cabinet. It is like placing the wet clothes inside a dehumidifier; the moisture is drawn out of the clothes and we have excellent feedback on just how effective this is. We recommend directing the water coming out of the cabinet to a drain, but it is possible to let the water run into an internal or external container.
Ozone cleaner
Ozone is a highly effective way to remove unpleasant odours and kill bacteria. The gas is powerful, so only a small amount is needed for a significant effect. With an 11w bulb, enough ozone is generated to work wonders on sweaty work clothes. The bulb operates via a relay, ensuring the correct amount of ozone is emitted.
The ozone function is optionally controlled with an on/off button on the panel.
Galvanised and powder coated
All products from Gladek Technik are manufactured from quality steel of good thickness. The steel is galvanised and the products are powder-coated. This provides a robust solution that can withstand harsh conditions in maritime environments where corrosion is a challenge.
